This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Epsilon Brokerage Corp. provides freight brokerage and transportation support services to the Client, including:

Dedicated lane setup
Freight dispatch services
MC leasing assistance
Trailer rental
Truck/Van rental
Commercial insurance leasing
TWIC card application assistance
Carrier onboarding and logistics support

Refund Policy

The $345 refundable security deposit will be returned after the Client successfully completes their first contracted delivery arranged by Epsilon Brokerage Corp. All other service fees are non-refundable once the requested service has been initiated or completed.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate business, carrier, and contact information.
Maintain active MC/DOT authority and valid insurance coverage (when applicable).
Respond promptly to booking, dispatch, and documentation requests.
Comply with all applicable FMCSA regulations and transportation requirements.
Refrain from fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or providing false information.

Independent Carrier Status

This Agreement does not establish an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. The Client acknowledges that they are an independent carrier and are solely responsible for operating their business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Epsilon Brokerage Corp. is not responsible for delays, load cancellations, market rate changes, weather conditions, equipment issues, or any indirect loss of income resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
